We currently operate three e-commerce brands, Legacybox, Southtree and KODAK Digitizing Box, all of which help preserve old analog media on DVDs and digital files delivered on thumb drives or digital download. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Southtree you will be responsible for helping develop, deploying and optimizing customer acquisition and retention marketing strategies on Facebook, Taboola and other digital marketing platforms. Your job will be to evaluate the customer's experience and optimize it through ad testing, media buying and bidding. The impact of your work will be measured by the growth of these accounts. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy customer acquisition and retention marketing strategies, from ideation to execution, on Facebook and other paid digital marketing platforms
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals
  • Understand KPIs and their implications
  • Evaluate and optimize customer experience across multiple channels and touch points
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Stay current with latest trends and best practices of online marketing and measurement

Requirements

Background and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience with paid Facebook advertising, display advertising campaigns, user funnels and/or landing page optimization
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics / Universal Analytics)
  • Campaign execution and project management experience
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
